Foods That Are Safe And Clear Up Yeast Infection In Man

In the last post, you got the bad news - all the foods that you'll have to give up while you're on the yeast infection diet. Now, here's the good news!

There are a lot of delicious and healthy foods that will help combat yeast infection in man. Eating healthy, natural foods will not only cure you - they will strengthen your immune system and get you in better shape.

Even though you have to stay away from those seafoods that can have high levels of mercury, there are still many seafoods that you can enjoy. Shrimp is joined by anchovies and squid on the safe list. Freshwater fish are great for you, so enjoy trout with almonds, a plump bass, or grilled catfish.

And, of course, other meats are still on the menu. No need to give up those barbequed steaks or that plump chicken drumstick. Just don't deep fry that chicken - remember, no hydrogenated oils.

Fresh vegetables are a great ally in the fight against yeast infection in man, as they absorb mycotoxins - harmful fungal toxins. Fresh vegetables grab onto these toxins and carry them out of your system. Broccoli and brussel sprouts, bell peppers and asparagus, carrots and beets - these are just some of the super healthy vegetables you should be eating as much as possible.

Walnuts, almonds, and pecans are still great for snacks or garnishes. These nuts don't have any natural sugars, so they're quite safe on a yeast infection diet.

When it comes to cooking and making dressings, a healthy cold-pressed oil - such as olive, flax seed, coconut, or pumpkin - is fine to use. And, for vinegar, be sure to use apple cider vinegar, as it contains malic acid - a powerful yeast fighter.

What about drinks? Let's look at those in my next post. In the meantime, click here to find out how you can really tackle yeast infection in man head on - and banish it forever.
