Penile yeast infection can bring on a justified panic. This common symptom of yeast infection in man shows up as reddish irritation on the penis, or a clumpy white discharge. Either one is quite frightening.
Rushing off to the doctor, you grab a prescription for an ointment, or a drug to get rid of this problem ASAP. Unfortunately, you're only relieving the symptoms and may see a recurring yeast infection in the near future.
Yeast infection in man is generally a symptom of a deeper problem - a body whose system is out of balance. The good bacteria have been overwhelmed by the bad bacteria. And, introducing antibiotics into the system will destroy even more of the good bacteria - which can lead to the bad bacteria getting the upper hand and causing a recurring yeast infection.
Before you reach for medicine, consider a natural solution to get your body back in balance - and beat yeast infection in man once and for all. Click here to read more.

What Can You Drink?
While combating yeast infection in man, you are limited by the natural sugars in many fruit juices, and the yeast enhancing elements in tea leaves and coffee beans. However, there are still many healthy liquids you can drink.
Not all fruit juices are off the list and you can still enjoy grapefruit, lemon, and lime. For an interesting and refreshing drink, try avocado juice.
Herb teas are a safe alternative to the black teas. Peppermint actually helps control yeast, and is also a relief for stomach ache or nausea. Relax with a nice cup of herb tea.
A little organic coffee is also OK, as long as you like your coffee without sugar.
Be sure to drink plenty of water all day long, to flush out your system and get rid of toxins.

Foods That Are Safe And Clear Up Yeast Infection In Man
In the last post, you got the bad news - all the foods that you'll have to give up while you're on the yeast infection diet. Now, here's the good news!
There are a lot of delicious and healthy foods that will help combat yeast infection in man. Eating healthy, natural foods will not only cure you - they will strengthen your immune system and get you in better shape.
Even though you have to stay away from those seafoods that can have high levels of mercury, there are still many seafoods that you can enjoy. Shrimp is joined by anchovies and squid on the safe list. Freshwater fish are great for you, so enjoy trout with almonds, a plump bass, or grilled catfish.
And, of course, other meats are still on the menu. No need to give up those barbequed steaks or that plump chicken drumstick. Just don't deep fry that chicken - remember, no hydrogenated oils.
Fresh vegetables are a great ally in the fight against yeast infection in man, as they absorb mycotoxins - harmful fungal toxins. Fresh vegetables grab onto these toxins and carry them out of your system. Broccoli and brussel sprouts, bell peppers and asparagus, carrots and beets - these are just some of the super healthy vegetables you should be eating as much as possible.
Walnuts, almonds, and pecans are still great for snacks or garnishes. These nuts don't have any natural sugars, so they're quite safe on a yeast infection diet.
When it comes to cooking and making dressings, a healthy cold-pressed oil - such as olive, flax seed, coconut, or pumpkin - is fine to use. And, for vinegar, be sure to use apple cider vinegar, as it contains malic acid - a powerful yeast fighter.
What about drinks? Let's look at those in my next post. In the meantime, click here to find out how you can really tackle yeast infection in man head on - and banish it forever.

The Foods That Make Yeast Infection In Man Worse
Yeast lives and grows on sugar, especially the refined white sugar used so much in cooking and food processing. You need to avoid these sugars and cut down on the carbohydrates that you eat.
Most fruits and fruit juice are high in natural sugars (although, I'll show you some that aren't), so stay away from them while you're fighting a yeast infection. And no sugary sodas – not even any of the diet sodas, which use sugar substitutes that are just as bad for you.
Keep away from starchy potatoes, beans (and other legumes), and grains which contain sugars and natural yeasts. You'll have to give up breads and pastries for awhile, and stay away from chicken, meat, or fish that's been breaded.
Some nuts are off the diet for now – no munching on pistachios or peanuts until you're clear. And pull all those condiments off the table. No ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, barbecue sauce on your burgers or steaks. Also, no salad dressing, vinegar, dips, hot sauces, or even pickles. If yeast infection in man is to be beaten, you must be tough.
If you've been watching your cholesterol, strike egg substitutes off the list. That frothy texture is only possible with added sugar. At the same time, avoid butter substitutes – even margarine substitutes.
Any fish that's got a lot of mercury needs to stay off your dinner plate. This goes for tuna and swordfish steaks, shark, salmon, and shellfish. And while you're at it, no mushrooms to garnish your meal.
And when you're cooking, keep hydrogenated oils – like corn oil – out of the frying pan. In fact, don't use it in any of your cooking or dressings. Hydrogenated oils are bad for retaining yeast in your system.
The really bad news is that you have to forgo the cup of coffee in the morning, and the cup of tea at teatime. There are natural yeast enhancers in coffee beans, and also in tea leaves.
So ... what can you eat? In my next post, I'll show you that things are not as bleak as they seem. On your yeast infection diet, you can still enjoy a lot of the good things in life. In fact, with the great regimen provided here, you'll be able to enjoy a lot of things in your yeast infection-free life.
